AWCA and Careers Next Generation have developed a sports style RAP Draft to introduce high school students to a career in LISM. AWCA Members have the unique opportunity to meet numerous students in 5 minute “speed interviews” in a late afternoon setting hosted by Careers Next Generation. Some of the candidates each year will be graduating and moving into the workforce looking for a full time career. Careers Next Generation pre-qualifies the students a s interested in LISM training.
