AWCA RAP Draft
The AWCA RAP Draft is a program designed by the AWCA and for the benefit of the Lather (Interior Systems Mechanic) trade. Members of the AWCA have the unique opportunity of investing in the development of ISM Tradesmen through a collaborative system of recruitment. Careers: The Next Generation has played a key role in the development of this program. By bringing high school students to a showcase and following them through the application process they are a true leader in the development of young minds while introducing them to the job market and mentoring them through their career decisions.
CAREERS supports Alberta Education’s Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), which allows high school students to begin their trades apprenticeship, while working toward graduation.
